By analyzing the macro trends that impact shopper behavior and competitive activity, and diving into more personal consumer connections we identify opportunities that companies can leverage with new products, services, and business models. We quantify the sales potential and risk profile for each opportunity and work closely with our clients to align on strategic opportunity platforms.
Our team then facilitates highly-immersive ideation and rapid-prototyping sessions with your cross-functional teams, in which we develop specific new product concepts and prototypes. We involve key stakeholders in the ideation process and then quantitatively validate top-performing concepts with consumers to maximize Overall Liking and Purchase Intent. Once aligned on the top ideas, we work with our clients, using Agile Project Management to lead teams to execute and scale.
Post-launch, we analyze product performance comprehensively, documenting successful strategies and identifying areas for improvement. This valuable learning is then utilized to accelerate success and course-correct performance as needed, driving continuous growth and success for our clients.
